New Approaches to Homelessness, From LAM

In “Home Away from No Home,” a feature in August's Landscape Architecture Magazine, MIG Director of Landscape Architecture Brice Maryman shares the ways #homelessness manifests on the urban landscape and what designers and planners can learn from an emerging set of “better practices.”

Maryman recently completed a Landscape Architecture Foundation fellowship to explore the intersection of homelessness and public space, which led to his podcast, HomeLandLab, a series of nationwide interviews. And you can also view his “Ignite” talk, part of the Seattle Times’ Project Homeless.

Maryman and MIG are at the forefront of innovative programs that make a difference, creating inclusive environments that work for everyone.
